I have tried to do so many things to feel good, healthy, and overall feel like a winner in the morning, you know, that sensation of I got this.
I have tried to do some exercise and at least stretch a little now that I am pregnant to give me energy and it does give me some type of start for the day.
But this is what has given me a sense of energy, motivation, and just a sense that everything will be alright kind of thing.

“JOURNALING“
I know so silly right journaling, journaling but I guess you have to find your right kind of journaling because I have tried it so many times before, and most of the time it just got boring or useless or didn’t have a point in doing it, type of thing.
How do I do my journaling?
Being Grateful
So I start writing the things I am grateful for, even if I said it yesterday it gives me clarity on what is important to me in this life.
Spirituality
Most of the journaling tips out there say something like just right what you are grateful for: I am grateful for so and so. Instead, I incorporate my spirituality which will sound something like this;
“Thank you Lord/ God for so and so.”
This just makes more sense to me according to my beliefs… this is why I said at the beginning, that journaling works but you must find your journaling style.
Planning for the day
Yes, you hear that right but it is not about making a to-do list or writing your schedule is more of a “visualization” others will say. I called it my 🙏 hopes.
“Today I am expecting to do…”
“I am excited for… that is happening today”
“I pray and leave in your hands…(activity, person I am seen today, appointment)”
Remember to always just be yourself and write what comes from your heart.
Worries!!
I write everything I have been worried about could be just one thing or a million depending on the day LOL but you know just leave it in your journal so you can start fresh.
The last one
Ask
I always love to ask for whatever it is I think I am going to need. Maybe this could be a form of Affirmations to me is more of
“I ask you Father that you give me (Strength, love, patience – especially with those kids, etc…)”
And that’s it
Take this as a way of journaling or a way of prayer but it works for me and I hope it works for you too.
Don’t forget that tomorrow is already another day, do what you want to do today.
